Box Score FLINT, Mich. – No. 6 Macomb Men's Basketball dropped a close 69-64 decision to No. 14 Mott Community College Saturday (Jan. 21) in Flint. The loss sends the Monarchs to 13-5 overall and 1-2 in MCCAA Eastern Conference play. The host Bears moved to 15-3 and 3-0 in league play.
The Monarchs trailed 38-34 at the half and held the lead late in the second half, but the day belonged to the host Bears as Mott made free throws late to earn the two-possession victory.

Tamario Adley (Detroit, Mich./De La Salle) who posted a team-high 16 points on 50% shooting from the field.
Tymias Williams (Macomb, Mich./Dakota) followed with 13 points, while
Juwan Maxey (Detroit, Mich./Renaissance) chipped in with 10 points to round out the double digit scorers.
Aidan Rubio (Flint, Mich./Goodrich/DME Academy) led the Monarchs on the glass with nine rebounds and added a team-best three blocks.
