• Led Monarchs to a share of back-to-back conference championships in 2024 and 2025 (program's first league title since 1995)
• Led program to back-to-back postseason appearances (2024 & 2025) for the first time since the 2017 and 2018 seasons
• Coached back-to-back MCCAA Eastern Conference Players of the Year (Brady Krzciok, 2024; Vincent Cowdrey, 2025)
