  • Led Monarchs to a 30-6 record and a fifth place finish at the national championship

  • Led Monarchs to back-to-back Eastern Conference titles for the first time since the early 1980's
  • Coached the program's fifth All-American and the first First Team All-American in program history (Josh Hines)

  • Led Monarchs to a record-breaking 2023-24 season, his first at the helm
  • Named MCCAA Coach of the Year, MCCAA Eastern Conference Coach of the Year and Great Lakes District B Coach of the Year
  • 2023-24 marked the first time in program history the team won a conference, MCCAA and Region title in the same season
  • Led team to seventh place finish nationally and a 3-1 record at the national tournament
  • Most wins in a single season in program history (31)
  • Coached the program's fourth All-American (Juwan Maxey)
  • Posted a 13-1 conference record for the team's fifth league title in program history (third outright)
  • The 2023-24 MCCAA Championship was the second in program history
