BACK AT IT!
We missed you! Macomb Volleyball returns to the court for a pair of matches next week after a small break in game action. On Monday (Oct. 17), the Monarchs resume MCCAA Eastern Conference play with a match at Schoolcraft at 7 p.m. in Livonia. On Wednesday (Oct. 19), the Monarchs will visit Henry Ford for a 7 p.m. first serve in Dearborn.
STOLL'S IMPRESSIVE CAREER
Sophomore libero
Khloee Stoll has enjoyed a highly-successful career at Macomb to say the least. With her sophomore season entering the home stretch, Stoll has amassed an incredible 1,052 career digs after tallying 729 last season and another 323 this season (as of Oct. 14). The 1,052 digs places Stoll fourth all-time in career digs at Macomb and is 28 digs shy of third place all-time.
PLAYOFF HOPES STILL ALIVE
With four matches remaining in the regular season, Macomb Volleyball enters the week with their playoff hopes still alive. With the new alignment, the top four teams qualify for postseason play and the Monarchs have an outside shot at earning the final playoff spot. In order to make it, the Monarchs will need to win all four of their remaining matches.

SO WE MEET AGAIN: SCHOOLCRAFT
The Ocelots of Schoolcraft College enter next week with a 6-7 record overall and a 3-5 mark in the MCCAA Eastern Conference. Earlier this season, the Ocelots picked up their first non-forfeit win over the Monarchs since 2017 and did so behind a nine-block performance. As a team, the Ocelots have tallied 391 kills on 314 assists in 13 matches and average 12.9 digs per set.
SO WE MEET AGAIN: HENRY FORD
Henry Ford enters next week winners of three of their last four matches, including a 3-1 victory over Schoolcraft their last time out on Wednesday (Oct. 12). At the time of this release, the Hawks sit at 4-6 overall and currently own a 3-5 record in the MCCAA Eastern Conference. As a team, the Hawks average 5.41 kills per set, 5.15 assists per set and have accumulated 51 aces on the season.
BLOCKS-A-PLENTY
Through 15 matches this season, the Monarchs have posted a total of 115 blocks and are led by sophomore standout
Jordan Turner who has racked up 59 blocks this season. Turner is followed by
Chante Hudgins with 45 blocks, while
Natalie Husson and
Olivia Kulka follow with 37 blocks and 32 blocks, respectively.
