Box Score 2 MARYSVILLE – Macomb Softball ended the 2025 season with a split in Great Lakes District A Tournament play on Friday (May 9) at Marysville City Park. With the split, the Monarchs finished the 2025 campaign with a record of 18-25.
One of the final our teams standing in their district, the Monarchs erased a 1-0 deficit in the seventh inning against Edison State, posting a 4-1 win before dropping the season finale to Lake Michigan by a 9-1 final tally.

, Madalyn Roberson connected on a 2-RBI double down the left field line and
Savanna Smith hit a 2-run home run that cleared the right center fence by 75 feet in a thrilling 4-1 comeback win.
Smith also pitched game one for the Monarchs and went on to post a complete-game victory that included four strikeouts and only one earned run crossing the plate.
Game two saw the Monarchs struggle once again at the plate as Smith,
Paige Muehlbrandt and
Allison Wineski held their own throughout the contest.
