Of the 50 student-athletes recognized, 41 earned Academic All-MCCAA status and nine received Academic All-Conference honors. Academic All-MCCAA accolades are earned by student-athletes who recorded a 3.20 or above GPA and passed a minimum 24 credit hours in 2025-26. Academic All-Conference honors are doled out to student-athletes who posted a 3.00 – 3.199 GPA and passed a minimum of 24 credit hours over the course of the academic year.
Team wise, two Macomb programs earned MCCAA Academic Team honors following well-rounded efforts in the classroom. To earn MCCAA Academic Team honors, a team must achieve a 3.0+ collective GPA in the current academic year.
For the second time in as many years, baseball took home Macomb's top team GPA with a 3.20 cumulative mark. The baseball team's latest impressive performance in the classroom was followed by a stellar 3.15 GPA posted by the women's cross country team.
